Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for most products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Personal care products (e.g., towels, bathrobes)
    • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@customerandcrowd.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back the item.
  • Shipping the Return: Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include the RA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@customerandcrowd.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.
  • We will either offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit based on the situation.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

International Returns

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
